All Things New

Personally, 2010 will go down as one of the most memorable years of my life! If I had to sum it up, it would be ALL THINGS NEW.

It started in January when I transitioned to a new job.

That same month, a launched a new website – Personal Finance Journey

A few months after that, I was forced to purchase a new vehicle when I was rear-ended by a drunk driver. (Praise God, I walked away without major injuries!)

The following month the Lord blessed me to be able to close on my new house

And my biggest event of the year took place on 10-2-10 when two became one and Anthony & I started our new life together.

Then He who sat on the throne said,

“Behold, I make all things new.”
- Revelation 21:5

I share all this because through my 2010 life experiences the Lord was speaking and revealing to me that He wants to do a “new thing”, however our routine can hinder the move of God. Once we find something that works, our nature is to hold on to it and develop a formula for success. However, we must remember we serve an omniscient God who is the ultimate creator and creative one! Dance minister, you don’t have to keep dancing to that same song because it gets a crowd reaction. The Lord has something fresh for you! If you are feeling stagnate because what used to work does not seem to be working anymore, I encourage you to seek HIS face.
